Chassis no on V5 says 72100931 which doesn't match your format?

Lotus Workshop manual says Commencing 1st Jan 1972 Batch Number is no longer used.

Had the car since I was 21 been in the garage for most of that time as having children etc meant it got neglected. I still have it and has been back on the road in the last few years. Having work now and hope enjoy again summer 2021.
